01. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "5djl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 5djl Casino platform and its operating entity.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 5djl platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the 5djl website, mobile interface, games lobby, sports betting section, and all associated services accessible at 5djl.ws.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the 5djl registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held in Philippine Peso (PHP) associated with a player's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or incentive granted by 5djl to a player, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.

02. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5djl platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 5djl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing 5djl on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of location, device, or method of access.

5djl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

03. Eligibility

To be eligible to use the 5djl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering for personal use.
• Online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform, and you are not accessing 5djl from a restricted territory.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently suspended from 5djl.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 5djl, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

5djl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible players will be immediately suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

04. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 5djl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Philippine mobile number
• Preferred payment method details (GCash, Maya, or bank account)

4.2 KYC Verification

To activate full withdrawal functionality, players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID. 5djl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is grounds for immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all account balances.

05. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5djl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

All activities conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — are your sole responsibility. 5djl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact 5djl support immediately at [email protected]. 5djl reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a suspected security breach.

06. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the 5djl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your 5djl wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5djl currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• QR Ph
• InstaPay
• PesoNet
• BPI Online Banking
• BDO Online Banking
• Metrobank Online Banking

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the 5djl cashier. 5djl does not accept cash deposits or deposits from payment methods not listed above.

6.3 Third-Party Funding

You may only fund your 5djl account using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended.

07. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with the player's account. 5djl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's name.

7.1 Processing Times

5djl targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya requests following approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving institution and may take up to three (3) banking days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by verification requirements or payment provider delays.

7.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. 5djl reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawals held pending completion of that process.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Where a player has an active bonus with a wagering requirement, the requirement must be met in full before the bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Funds originating from real-money deposits that are not subject to a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to verification requirements.

08. Bonuses & Promotions

5djl offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion's terms before any withdrawal can be made. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to table games, live baccarat, and video poker — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

The exploitation of bonuses through strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, low-variance game exploitation, or the use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited. 5djl reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus abuse, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in such conduct.

8.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the additional bonuses being voided.

09. Fair Play

All games available on the 5djl platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided by their respective game developers. 5djl does not alter game RTPs, manipulate outcomes, or impose hidden conditions that affect game results. Published return-to-player figures reflect the certified settings provided by the relevant game provider.

In live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical game elements — cards, wheels, dice — managed by trained live dealers operating in real time. The integrity of all live dealer games is the responsibility of the respective game provider and is subject to their internal audit and certification processes.

Sports betting odds are set by 5djl and may be updated in real time. 5djl reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneously published price and to settle bets at the corrected odds where a manifest error has occurred.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5djl platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures
• Funding your account with proceeds from illegal activities
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 5djl staff or other players
• Reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the 5djl platform without written authorization

5djl reserves the right to immediately suspend any account suspected of prohibited conduct, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

11. Responsible Gaming

5djl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within the player's account dashboard.

Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 5djl platform may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it may not be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected. 5djl will use reasonable technical measures to enforce the exclusion.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5djl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the property of 5djl or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 5djl content without express written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5djl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or interruption of service.

5djl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, payment provider delays, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 5djl will make reasonable efforts to restore service in a timely manner but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages is not permitted, 5djl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

5djl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10
• Regulatory or legal requirement
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following a final compliance review, unless the closure is the result of fraud or a legal hold.

15. Amendments to These Terms

5djl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 5djl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the 5djl platform after the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines and related legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. By using the 5djl platform, you irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.
